🏢 KMITL’s Disaster Management and Safety Center Conducts Post-Earthquake Structural Safety Inspection
at the Office of the Higher Education Commission

The Disaster Management and Safety Center of King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Natdanai Sinsamutphadung, Assistant to the President for Research and Innovation, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Panumas Sairngarm, was requested by the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) to conduct a structural safety inspection of Building 1 at the Office of the Higher Education Commission following an earthquake event on March 28, 2025.

📍 Initial assessment revealed no visible damage to the primary structural components. However, the KMITL Disaster Management and Safety Center continues to monitor the situation closely and has provided recommendations for further structural strength and ductility analysis to ensure confidence and long-term safety for all building occupants.
