#KLLC joins forces to step forward toward professional excellence in service, under the leadership of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yonlapat Areerob,
Acting Director of KMITL Lifelong Learning Center (KLLC).

To communicate the direction of future operations, the “Boost Up Performance” initiative has been launched — focusing on enhancing internal efficiency and building a customer-centric culture driven by service excellence and systematic professionalism.

This aligns with the overarching policy of King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), which emphasizes personnel development through the Happy University model, adopting a Growth Mindset, and integrating Marketing Concepts to drive a Social Enterprise approach. The goal is to create meaningful services and innovations that address social and environmental challenges, while contributing to all 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The strategic direction follows KMITL’s enterprise management frameworks, integrating TQA and EdPEx, alongside continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Knowledge Management (KM), and PDCA tools, with a strong commitment to listening to the voice of the customer.

The session also provided space for open dialogue, sharing of challenges, and collaborative problem-solving for continuous improvement.
The Director expressed sincere appreciation to all staff for their dedication and teamwork, and emphasized a shared commitment to ongoing organizational development.
