The Faculty of Science, KMITL, hosted a specialized financial training session titled “Wealth Within Reach: Navigating Your Financial Future.” (Based on the Thai theme: เรือล่มในหนอง เงิน-ทอง จงมาหาฉัน).

Led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cherdsak Maneerattanarungroj and representatives from the Faculty Senate (Science Branch), the workshop provided essential knowledge regarding:

• Salary and Position-based Allowances: Gaining a clear understanding of the institutional compensation structure.

• Career Progression: Strategic insights on how to advance steadily within your professional track.

• Financial Management: New perspectives on managing income and planning for a secure future.

This session aimed to inspire staff members to develop their full potential and move towards higher positions with confidence, ensuring both professional and financial stability.
