👵👴 KLLC Presents: Platinum Academy – Season 2

The KMITL Lifelong Learning Center (KLLC) proudly hosted Platinum Academy Season 2, an upskilling program tailored for active senior learners, combining wellness, creativity, and community engagement.

🎙️ The event was officially opened by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jaraswan Koyvanich, Director of KLLC, who warmly welcomed the instructors and participants, encouraging all to get to know each other and embrace learning as a shared journey.

🍃 Morning Session: Herbal Beverages for Healthy Aging

Led by 2nd Lt. Dr. Patipan Bandhurat, Lecturer in Tourism and Hospitality Innovation, Faculty of Liberal Arts, KMITL.

Participants learned how to prepare herbal drinks suitable for Thailand’s climate, lifestyle, and seasonal health needs. Topics covered included:

Ideal hydration during different times of day
Herbal ingredients that support digestion, circulation, and relaxation
Sugar-free recipes using pink Himalayan salt, lemongrass, mint, kaffir lime leaf, and more
Live demonstration of how to boil and blend herbs into therapeutic beverages

💧 Everyone had a chance to try, taste, and prepare their own herbal drink together.

♻️ Afternoon Session: Upcycled “Heat-Fused” Bags
