As part of the Platinum Academy series, this one-day experiential learning activity explored the economic potential and culinary versatility of golden apple snails (Pomacea canaliculata)βknown in Thailand as a valuable aquaculture species.

Participants visited a live demonstration farm to learn about the breeding and cultivation of golden apple snails, followed by an in-depth session on farm design and management at the KLLC Learning Space (Building B, 1st Floor).
