As part of the Platinum Academy series, this one-day experiential learning activity explored the economic potential and culinary versatility of golden apple snails (Pomacea canaliculata)—known in Thailand as a valuable aquaculture species.

✅ Morning Session: Farm Tour & Lecture

📍 Rungtawan Golden Apple Snail Farm
Participants visited a live demonstration farm to learn about the breeding and cultivation of golden apple snails, followed by an in-depth session on farm design and management at the KLLC Learning Space (Building B, 1st Floor).

🔍 The group explored innovative farming systems for premium golden snails, and then transitioned to a culinary workshop featuring dishes made from golden apple snails:

• Spicy Yellow Curry with Apple Snail – traditional Thai flavor

• Blanched Apple Snail with Seafood Sauce – fresh & spicy dipping delight
