Friday, January 30, 2026 The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony between King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) and the University of Phayao (UP).

The ceremony was honored by Asst. Prof. Dr. Chonthida Thephimlap, Vice President for Academic Affairs at the University of Phayao, who delivered a warm welcome to all participants.

The Signatories:

• Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yolpat Areerob, Acting Director of the KMITL Lifelong Learning Center (KLLC), representing the President of KMITL.

• Asst. Prof. Dr. Namnguen Jantaramanee, Director of the Institute of Learning Innovation, representing the President of the University of Phayao.

The ceremony was also witnessed by Asst. Prof. Dr. Panayu Chairattananon, Acting Deputy Director, along with the staff of KLLC.

Venue: Ma-khuea Chae Meeting Room 2, 2nd Floor, Institute of Learning Innovation Building, University of Phayao.

Following the ceremony, the delegation visited the Library and Learning Resource Center. This was followed by a discussion on developing collaborative curricula between the two institutions, aimed at enhancing lifelong learning opportunities and providing concrete solutions for the society of the future.
